What is a wifey?

Here on Goo-Board you can have something called a 'wifey.' A wifey is another member who is a close friend. You can 'propose,' and even have a 'friendship wedding,' with rings, dresses, and cakes! (in pictures, of course. )
Here is where you can propose or have weddings, (correct me if I'm wrong Kiwi!)
